Tech Week Meals, Show Night, Strike the Set
Tech Week Food Pick Up/Serving Volunteers plus food donations (03/06-03/10)

“Tech Week” is the week leading up to performances. During this time all cast and crew spend long hours after school working hard to make sure everything is in order for the show. Since students don’t have a chance to go home until late, the boosters provide meals.
We have Sign Up Genius for food donations, and we need three volunteers a day to set up the meals for students and then do cleanup afterward. If you are available between the hours of 3PM to 5PM, please consider signing up to serve meals for at least one day

There are a lot of jobs at the performances. First, we ask for donations of pre-wrapped treats to sell at concessions such as candy bars and chip bags.
We ask that you arrive 90 minutes before the show begins. You will NOT miss the performance if you volunteer.

After the Sunday performance, all drama club members are required to stay behind to tear down the old set, clean, organize, and then paint everything white! Parents are encouraged to come and help. Dinner is provided by Drama Boosters.
